Return & Exchange Policy
At Kohizen Fashion Jewelry, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy to ensure the quality and hygiene of our pieces. Please read our guidelines below before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Policy (7 Days)
We offer an exchange period of 7 days after you receive your item.

Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted if the jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, and the tags remain intact. If tags are removed, an exchange will not be possible.

Product Restrictions: Please note that exchanges are only applicable to bangles. Other jewelry categories are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will issue a refund.

Mandatory Opening Video: To be eligible for a refund due to damage, you must provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the reveal of the damage. Without a proper opening video, we cannot process a refund claim.

Notification: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item.
3. Refunds

Refunds are only granted in the case of proven transit damage or receipt of the wrong item.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Except for the bangle exchange mentioned above, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Earrings, necklaces, or other non-bangle jewelry.

Sale items or gift cards.

Items without original tags or packaging.
