Return & Exchange Policy

At Kohizen Fashion Jewelry, we maintain a strict exchange-only policy to ensure the quality and hygiene of our pieces. Please read our guidelines below before making a purchase.

1. Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We offer an exchange period of 7 days after you receive your item.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are only accepted if the jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, and the tags remain intact. If tags are removed, an exchange will not be possible.

  • Product Restrictions: Please note that exchanges are only applicable to bangles. Other jewelry categories are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

  • Process: To initiate an exchange, contact us at kohizenfashionjewelry@gmail.com.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will issue a refund.

  • Mandatory Opening Video: To be eligible for a refund due to damage, you must provide a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the reveal of the damage. Without a proper opening video, we cannot process a refund claim.

  • Notification: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the damaged item.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only granted in the case of proven transit damage or receipt of the wrong item.

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Except for the bangle exchange mentioned above, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Earrings, necklaces, or other non-bangle jewelry.

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.
