Method 1 · Easiest
Measure a ring you own
Place a well-fitting ring on a ruler and measure the inside width in mm. Match it to the diameter column below.
Method 2 · No ring needed
The paper strip trick
Wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure the length in mm. Match it to the circumference column.
