Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
Honestly — no. Jewellery sits directly on your skin, so every piece ships hygiene-sealed after its Indore quality check, and we don't restock opened pieces. That's also why we help you choose right before you buy: the size guide, a WhatsApp stylist, and a try-on studio in Indore.
My piece arrived damaged — what do I do?
Record a continuous unboxing video from the moment you break the courier seal, and send it with your order number on WhatsApp within 48 hours. The video lets us skip insurance delays and authorize a priority replacement immediately, free.
What if my size is out of stock for an exchange?
Size exchanges depend on live stock. If your size in that design is sold out, the sale stays final under our hygiene policy — so if you're unsure about sizing, message us before ordering and we'll size you in two minutes.
When do refunds happen?
For verified transit damage where we can't replace the design, you choose: a full refund or store credit — issued immediately.
