The golden rule
Last on, first off.
Perfume, lotion, hairspray first. Jewellery last. And off before anything else.
Always
- Wipe with the soft cloth after every wear
- Store each piece in its own pouch or box
- Put jewellery on as the final step of getting ready
Never
- Shower, swim, or gym while wearing
- Spray perfume or hairspray directly on a piece
- Use silver dips, toothpaste, or harsh cleaners

It got wet — now what?
Pat it dry immediately with a soft cloth and let it air-dry fully before storing. One splash won't ruin it — soaking will.
It's losing its shine
Buff gently with a dry soft cloth. Never use silver dip, toothpaste, or chemical cleaners — they strip the rhodium plating instead of restoring it.
A stone feels loose
Stop wearing it right away and message us on WhatsApp with a photo. We'll assess it free — and if it shouldn't have happened, we'll make it right.
